A year's dues entitle an Active member to the two printed issues of Ñawpa Pacha for that year (you may decline them if you wish), and to online access to every issue of Ñawpa Pacha ever published, including the latest articles not yet printed on paper, for the calendar year and a grace period in the following January.
Because dues include a subscription to Ñawpa Pacha, they are not tax deductible as donations. They may be a business expense.
